TLC Welfare has been established in response from events sector to provide more support for vulnerable customers who find themselves in difficulties.
We pride ourselves with a dedicated team of professionals and volunteers who want to come and help others when they may need it most.
Our team of caring, individuals have worked in Community Development, Health & Social Care or Youth Work settings and have many years experience in these sectors. Working together since 2010 at T in the Park, we have grown to over 70 support staff and volunteers from across the UK. The experienced team at TLC now provide welfare support at over 20 music festivals or gigs annually. All staff and volunteers recruited have PVG/Disclosure Scotland or DBS checks along with additional references to ensure they are suitable to work with vulnerable adults, children & young people.
Over the last eight years the welfare provision for festivals had grown drastically to include providing a services not just within the campsite and arenas but support to the hospital tents and medical staff, eviction team and transfer customers who required to leave the event for collection by friends or family.
From all the team at TLC Welfare we look forward to working with you at your event.
