Are you good with people, friendly outgoing and love going to festivals?
TLC Welfare might be the opportunity for you to get involved.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who could join our experienced welfare team. Do you have experience of working with children, young people, vulnerable adults, have a disclosure or a PVG?

What you get?
Entry to a festival or the gig
Work a short shift each day (sorry you cannot pick your hours)
Provide food and expenses
Meet some great people with the same values and ethos as you to help people.
You will get some time off but it will be a busy environment and your breaks are not always guaranteed when your favourite band is on.
(This might not be the best role for you if you just want to see the gig)
What we need?
You have to be at least 18 years old
Be flexible to work shifts (some are through the night)
Arrive early and be the last to leave the event. (We are first on site and last to leave so you need to get there early and leave later)
A great big smile and willingness to help. Your part of a caring, supportive team who are there to help
Are you a voluntary group or charity who would like to fundraise?
We work with various charities and third sector and voluntary organisations. At some events we recruit from the groups who have experience in working in social care settings to provide volunteers to work welfare.
In return we pay the organisation for the volunteers time to help your group fundraise.
